  • Orders may require a deposit to secure your event date. Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment is required by the agreed-upon date before your event. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your invoice or agreement. Late or missed payments may result in cancellation or additional fees.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation relative to your scheduled event.

  • We reserve the right to retain part or all of your deposit to cover costs incurred.

6. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

While we take great care in food preparation, Sweet Heats Catering Company cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Clients are responsible for notifying us of any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide the highest quality of service. However, Sweet Heats Catering Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services

  • Delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, power outages, supplier shortages)
